Cheryl Schow

Cheryl is the Director of Corporate Strategy at Union Pacific Railroad, headquartered in Omaha, NE. She has been with the company for more than 20 years leading economic and industrial growth opportunities for customers, economic development organizations and short line railroads across the Network. In her current role, she develops and manages strategic rail centric growth initiatives for the company. Prior to Union Pacific, Cheryl served in several economic and community development positions in western Nebraska.

She currently serves on the Omaha Chamber Economic Development Council and is a member of ACG Nebraska.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Community and Regional Planning, both from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. She and her husband, Kyle, have 2 adult children who reside in Keystone and Omaha, NE.
