Dave Rippe

Dave Rippe is the owner of the Queen City Development Company, a development and solutions company that is committed to economic growth and vitality in rural Nebraska.

Dave is the former Director of Economic Development for the State of Nebraska and Executive Director of the Hastings Economic Development Corporation.

Dave serves as the managing member for THOAR, LLC, an equity vehicle for investments into real estate and start-up companies, and he is also the Director of the Scott Scholars program at Hastings College.
